Flo Paul Podiatry is in the centre of Lindfield Village, Haywards Heath.  We are located on Denman's Lane, opposite the car park.  There is kerbside access for those patients with mobility problems.  Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate wheelchairs as there is a small step into the clinic.

There is ample free parking throughout Lindfield Village.  Spaces are available along the High Street and in adjacent car parks.  Details of these can be found at:

Privacy Notice

So that we meet mandatory requirements regarding medical notes we collect certain data from you. We have a legal requirement to keep medical notes for a period of time after treatment. This can vary in length depending on your age and ability to consent but will be for a minimum of seven years after your last contact/ treatment. Your details will then be destroyed after this period. Please note, if you do not consent we will be unable to carry out any assessment or treatment. When you attend your appointment at Flo Paul Podiatry Ltd you will be asked to complete a patient registration form as well as a medical history form and consent to treatment. These forms are all added to your clinical records. We are required by our professional body, the Royal College of Podiatry, to ask our patients to complete these for legal reasons. The patient registration form will include a section for Data Consent. 

To ensure an efficient service and to help with the administration of our business we collect certain data. Your privacy is taken seriously and we take reasonable steps to ensure the protection of your data. Your clinical records and notes are securely stored by Cliniko, an encrypted software package. Our clinic computers and software are all password protected and we regularly update our anti-virus software. We use 123 Send for card payment processing and are compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
